Product Range - HDPE Pipe- 20mm Outer Diameter to 710 mm Outer Diameter.

Pipe Working Pressure Class- 2kg/cm2 to 16kg/cm2 as per DIN, BIS, ISO.

Calibration ? Vaccum/ Pressure.

Quality conformance- As per BIS standards.

Product Technical Specification- Jerry cans/ Barrels- Industrial/ Domestic purpose.

Process- Extrusion-Blow Moulding.

Product Range ? 30 ltr 200 ltr Brim capacity.



Mechanical Operations- As a Snr Engineer-Production:

Shift Management.

Planning day-to-day production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.

Calculation of Material and handling the process entire operations.

Process inventory management & waste management to attain cost savings

Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring technological changes to enhance productivity.

Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis.



Maintenance Functions:
