Installation & Commissioning

Designing layout for installation & commissioning of new equipment & machines in the plant.

Identifying specification of various machines & equipment, resources, negotiating with suppliers for cost effective and timely deliveries of the same.

Supervising inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of machines and equipment.



Maintenance operations

Steering preventive / predictive breakdown / shutdown maintenance to improve reliability & availability of machines & equipment as well as reduce breakdowns & downtime to the minimum.

Developing operational budgets & ensuring adherence to pre-set parameters.

Ensuring availability of Spares Assemblies / Sub-assemblies for reduction of downtime of equipment.
