Job Profile: 

Manage & achieve daily production plan.

Handle shift operations effectively.

Arrange for all resources including raw material, Manpower, & facility required.

Trouble Shooting.

Effective implementation & maintenance of quality management system

Exposure to DCS environment.

Work  & handle every operations on DCS.

To look that process followed with safety & through work permits.

Active participation in TPM, Six sixma & ISO audit documentation, ISO 14001(EMS)

Supervise, motivate team for contributing towards production targets.

Responsible for safe & efficient operation of plant.

Ensure that all plant operating procedure are followed & fully implemented.

To control daily rejection & prepare an action plan.



Achievements:

Shift incharge is responsible for the entire shift activities from planning, scheduling, material management, labour handling, & trouble shooting.
