Following are the specified works which are being maintained by me.

All technical aspects related to proper functioning of all tape- lines, raw material formulation, maintenance, wastage control, etc.       

Proper planning & co-ordination of entire loom & plant section in terms of productivity, maintenance, loom conversion as per order schedule.  

Proper planning & co-ordination interms of finishing section involving auto-coronal online printing machine, manual finishing & interaction with various customers  in terms of timely dispatch of goods.

Co-ordination with  stores in terms of raw- material, filler, master batch, ink, etc. Planning & proper inventory management. Interaction with plant, loom, and finishing supervisors in terms of issue of spares  for various machinery on floor.

H.R. & Administration, proper labor planning & work allocation.

Co- ordination with excise, service-tax, & purchase, sales department for providing all necessary data as and when needed.

During all above routine work of the company, i have made myself competent to develop looms & cheese winders, keeping interview higher production, low energy consumption and least spares.
