Leading operators to handle machines, & assembly operations. 

Man power and cycle time optimization.

Scrap reduction activities.

Improving quality products, performance and productivity through optimum process settings.

Implementation of productivity tools such as KAIZEN, TPM & 5S.

Adherence to ISO: TS 16949 requirements to improve plant performance.

Achievements in current position:

Rejection reduction by 5% to 1.5% through improved set ? up procedures.

Operator training and manpower development.

Reduction in customer PPM from 1000 to 100 PPM.

Reduction in scrap 6% to 3.5% of raw material.



Machines/ Equipments Handled:

Injection moulding machines ( BORCH 120T, 200T, 320T.)

Blow molding machines from 0.5 pounds to 2.5 pounds (Cincinnatti ?        0.5P, 1.5P, 2.5P; Ranasons ? 3KG, 9KG; Young IL ? 2.5P), Windsor 30L, 5L, 2.5L, Jagmohan ? 50L. Thorough knowledge of handling fork lift.
