Company provides accessories along with machine as per customer requirement (i.e. Chillers, Hopper Loader, etc)

Job Responsibilities: -

Machine Commissioning, Sales support activity

Handling Customer Complaints on Daily Basis,

Providing Quotation and Order Confirmation for Spares

Existing Machine Health Checking and suggest Preventive Actions to customer if any.

Getting Feedback from Customer regarding Machine Performance and Quality issues and resolve it by taking corrective and preventive actions with Design and Manufacturing Team.

Retro Fitment (Reconditioning) activity for Older Machineries.

Providing extra Customer Support for the various Process Application as per customer requirement.

In Plant training at customer site to New Customer / Existing Customer for Machine Operation and Maintenance.

Process Optimization for increase productivity and Quality



Junior Engineer ? Maintenance

Job Responsibilities: -

Attend Break Down & Preventive Maintenance of Injection moulding Machine(Cincinnati, Engle, Windsor, Toshiba) 

Attend Break Down & Preventive maintenance of Utilities (i.e. Air Compressors, DG Set of 750 KVA, 1000 KVA, EOT, Dryers, Ovens, Mixers, etc.)

Providing Core Sequence , Gas Injection Sequence and Hot Runner Connections for Moulds.

Attend New Mould Trials, New machine Trials and give the feedback to management regarding performance.

Prepare & Maintain ISO 9000 and TS 16949 documentations.
