Company Profile: Engaged in the Design, Manufacture of Precision Injection Moulds of Automobile component, for Ford,  Maruthi, General Motors, Ijal, Honda, Etc., Company has all types of conventional & CNC  tool room machines , EDM, Moulding shop, etc.,    

Nature of Work:

Complete responsible for the manufacturing of the mould to get the component as per customer requirement.

Design Modification, Process planning, Guiding vendors, Machining follow up, Part inspection, Fitting, Assembling etc.,

Mould maintenance & Trouble Shooting for mismatching, Flashing, Sink Mark, Weld line, Dragging etc., 

Major Project Done:

Injection mold manufacturing of Grab handle for Mercedes Benz model to Daimler and Chrysler. 

Tool manufacturing of C195 Front Bumper for Ford- Ikon. Mould Wt 39 Ton This mould core side having 2 hydraulic sliders. & 2 Lifters, 16Pads.

Product development with Tool Making  of B376 RR Bumper CVR For Ford - Fiesta, 

Pad Front Pillar RR (215) for MARUTHI, the moulding mtl is PP, in this mould 

core side Ejector system activated by latch. This is a Hot Runner Mould

Swift FR DEF LWR (190) for HSCIL, The moulding mtl  PP, mould wt 35T. It's a Hot runner Mould. In this mould having 3 pad's,  1 Cavity Hydraulic slider.

Grill Lower for Ford ikon Car. The company using for front grill, the mould is a single cavity production on Taiwan.
