Material handled like NYLON, ABS, EVA, SAN, PP,  PE, HIPS, PSO, POM, PMMA etc .

Reducing lumps & rejection.

Process set, control & standardization in a hie speed automatic production.

Knowledge of quality, which includes clearance of lot, attaching inspection plan, defect  recording, etc.      

Hot runner mould with multi core operations.

Company Profile: injection molders of diverse & difficult materials in a temp. range up to 400? C.

Job profile:  

Handling shifts individually. 

Responsible for completion of production in time and with acceptable quality 

Training of workers to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Analysis of quality defects and takes remedial action for improving quality.

Taking trials of new molds and prepare trial report and ensure appropriate 

process parameter.

Taking care of secondary operations like finishing, predrying, grinding etc.

Maintain various types of documentation for quality.

Processing: Knowledge of operating  of various range of processing machine.

Injection moulding machine: Handling of PLC controlled injection moulding M/C ARBURG-35, Ferromatic melacron-80 to 350 (omega), HWA CHIN ?(210 TO 800) FCS-60, GEK-100, Windsor POLO series, RITHIVIK-80 etc.
