Responsible for Design  of  acoustic  enclosure,and control panel as per CPCB and ARAI standards.

Design of the acoustic system (enclosure made of  sheet metal ) using SOLID EDGE V19, AUTOCAD PROE and AP100 software.

Preparation of 3D model of the components, assembles them and verify them for fitments.

CNC programming for Amada?s Turret punch press (Fanuc Control).

Programming for Hindusthan hydraullics bending m/c.

Responsible for sheet metal process such as punching, bending, shearing.

Design of MCB housing, connectors made of Epoxy material.

To prepare the 3D model of the product.

To inspect the product and check the conformity of the product with drawing within limits.

Supervision of injection moulding process required in the manufacturing of   connector made of Epoxy materials.

Supervision of overall production.
