Work Profile:

Responsible for new product development / modified product documentation (APQP) from Engineering.

Conduct internal audits and  ensure implementation of ISO 9001 / TS 16949 : 2002

Conducting trials of new products and materials.

PPAP documents for existing and new products.

Deciding packing standard for new products.

BOM for new products.

Maintain & preparation of ISO/TS16949 documentation.

Gauges planning.

Layout Inspection.

Preparing SOP for Injection molding

Received Industrial Training at Lumax Industries Ltd. Pune.
