A leading  automobile, electronic, medical part supplier for Salcomp, schneider, INEL, Laird, TATA Motors, Sunpharma, B  Braun etc. Having the facility of fully automated injection molding machine Range from 35 tonnage to 250 tonnage. Having 30 injection molding machines & 14 Robots including 18 electric injection molding machines & 2 Multi colour injection molding machines. Having mold maintenance department & mold making department.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Setting and optimization of process for the existing tool and trial tools

Trouble shooting of defects in components, machine problems and tool related issues.

Continuous monitoring in shift to give highest production with quality.

Optimization of Manpower utilization over all production area such as Machine operation, checking for the quality, rework, assembling etc 

Die changes and all the related production activities.
