Expertise in Quality Controls tools:

Proficiently working on SPC, MSA, APQP, DFMEA and PFMEA.

Review and monitoring the same.

Implementation & documentation of QMS (Quality management System)

To maintain the documents for TS 16949:2002.

To keep updated records for all the internal audits.

Preparation of documents for OHSAS 18007:2007, ISO 14001:2004.

Preparation of MIS (Management Information system) report on daily basis.

To conduct Process/Product audit:

Working knowledge of Product development process.

Analyzing finished products and addressing customer end rejection & customer complaint analysis & action plan.

Incoming & Finished Goods inspection:

To test each & every material before inwarding with regards to polypropylene, packing material, rubber, talc, pigments & etc.

Clearing GRIN through ERP system of incoming as well final material.

Caliberation of internal lab equipments:

This organization is engaged in manufacturing of word class auto interiors & exteriors like Floor Console, Dash boards, Bumpers, Door trims, A, B & C pillars & etc for all automobile sectors for Tata Motors, General Motors, Ford India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota India, L& T John deer, Fiat & our overseas customers are Ford Europe & GM Europe. TACO (IPD) having its own NABL Accreted lab for plastics raw material testing. 

Job Profile:

Finished Goods Testing:

Testing mechanical as well as physical properties of raw Materials such as MFI, Elongation, Moisture content, Filler content, tensile strength, flexural strength test as per sampling plan.

Each & every Batch is tested whenever the material is inwarded.

Preserving the records for ISO 17025-2005, 16949: 2002, ISO 14001: 2004.

Responsible to prepare documents & adherence to ISO17025 -2005, 16949: 2002 & ISO 14001: 2004.

Trouble shooting and taking corrective actions against any Non conformance observed.

Competent experience on all testing equipments:

Raw material testing equipments are very well known:

Equipments are as follows:

MFI (Melt Flow Indexer), Bulk Density Apparatus. 

UTM (Universal Testing Machine).

OVEN, MUFFLE FURNACE.

Colorimeter, Notch Izod Impact Machine. 

Specific Gravity Tester, Color Booth & Etc.
