Job profile -

Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, visual displays, SOPs etc. and work with the plant team and devise and improve SOP?s across plant operations and establish systems to implement the same.

Develop and maintained quality assurance metrics for performance improvement.

Manage the company?s overall corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) system. Visit Customer sites in case of any complaints, if required identify and implement actions based on Root cause analysis. Work with the sales team and provide all the inputs for product improvement / competitor?s analysis

Manage the IQC functions. Handle materials (Closure, Lami Tubes, Sleeve, Label, Handle, Plastics Cartons & Paper Cartons) in accordance to procedures, and maintain traceability of component materials as to inspection status. 

Select the suitable supplier with jointed-effort of sourcing on aspects of quality, capability, pricing, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc. against customer requirements.

Trials, New Products-Quality Planning, Process, Feedback and Implementation. Work with R&D and being about and establish new products/ cost reduction processes in the plant.

To ensure the Daily Quality Report. Documentations as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2015, SADEX, DMF, BRC Issue-6 & HACCP Records

Work with the plant team and ensure that the rejection and the losses are minimal and product quality is ensured at all the stages of process till it reaches the customer.

Facilitate any customer on-site audits 

Set-up and maintain controls and documentation procedures in order to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.

Mold validation & Process validation.

Ensuring the safety of men, machine and materials by doing regular audits of plant.

Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality systems and improvement of WMC such as 5S, Kaizen, lean methods, etc.

Manufacturing process

Injection Stretch Blow Molding (50 MB, 70DPH & DPW).

Injection Molding (250 ton to 450 ton).

Extrusion Blow Molding (200ml to 7 Ltr)

Injection Blow Moulding (Jomar 70 to 135).
