Supplier to global Original Equipment Manufacturers like - Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motors, TVS, TATA, Volkswagen, Yamaha Motors India, HHML, TSM, BMW etc.

Principle Responsibilities:  

New Product Developments incorporating ? Selection of Materials, Meshing in Hyper mesh, Mold flow analysis, Linear static analysis using Msc. Nastran, Benchmarking with competitors? products etc.

Coordinating the entire product development and drafting Technical Operation Standards based on including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing.

Major and leading role in PPAP of component, design reviews and finalizing product development schedules, FMEA of products.

Interacting with customers to understand document & customer requirement.

Interacting with Vendors for Tool Development & Other tasks.

Study customer drawing with CFT team & check failure points of the product, if any change or improvement require to that product, discus about that with customer & finalise design.

Identify and interact on new emerging technologies in Group Design Head Meeting held monthly. Also imparting training to the employees as and when required.

Supporting the IPR cell with patent related activities.
