Job Profile:

Record and maintains of over all production of plant. 

To plan weekly and daily prod. Schedule. 

Material Accountability.

To control the stock of raw material inventory.

Monitoring & controlling have in process rejection below the targeted level.

Made dispatch schedule of on line production.

Responsibility for solves the consumer demands as actual. Maintain MIS sheet.

Control the process and manpower.

Calculation the line efficiencies as per required. 

Complete responsible to maintain the good relationship in ? between the staff, service deptt., higher authorities as well as consumer also.

Physical inventory of raw material at month end.

Responsible for all outside activities, which are given for job work.



Machines handled:- Windmoller & Holscher (320 kgs/hr) & DGP Windsor (220 kgs/hr).
