All the Quality testing as per Bureau of Indian Standard.

Development of products as per customer requirement.

Cost reduction.

To fulfill production target as required by marketing Dept.

Maintain control charts for process stabilization.

To attend customer complaints and analyze the complaint.

Conduct the internal audit of other department.

Manpower handling.

To direct the manpower on daily basis work planning.

Reducing down time by close monitoring of the process.

 In process inspection, incoming material inspection and inventory.
