Tool Room Responsibilities

Manufacturing of new  Moulds, and Jigs & Fixtures as per tool design standards.

Maintenance of Injection Moulds, Press tools.

Preparation of Tool Design Concept.

Preparation of Tool design & electrode design.

Follow-up of Tool Manufacturing. 

Trouble Shooting and trial attending. 

ECN changes implementation. 

Work experience in all conventional & non conventional machines. 

Mould flow analysis of parts for fills, flow, cool and warp. 

Follow-up of preparation Sample inspection report (SIR).
