Production Planning and Control / Operations:

?  Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and 

   troubleshooting. 

?  Ensuring smooth operations including shift management to maintain productivity.

?  Setting up production targets and achieving the planned production targets.

?  Conceptualizing and implementing modifications in operating procedures to 

   maximize productivity and enhance efficiency.

?  Implementing cost saving measures and modifications, achieving substantial 

   reduction in terms of production cost.

?  Close co-ordination with the other departments, ensuring smooth operations.



Product Development:

?  Total development of product as per customer specification.

?  Co-ordination with Tool room for the designing of Moulds, Jigs.

   effective inventory control.
