Injection Moulding:

Planning and Scheduling of all Production operations related to machines, material as well as man power, for timely delivery of production Efficiently running 21 moulding machines 4 Thermo-forming Induction Seaming M/chi?s & Aluminum foil Sealing  Machines.

Maintaining- the Production Target Efficiency, Machines (moulds health upto standard) & Process control

Leading and motivating a workforce of 85 workers and 4 engineers to deliver their utmost potential.

Assembly:

Responsible for the Management of  Assembly set up, calibration and quality check of all the products

Store: Materials procurement and inventory control.

Utility: Complete maintenance of Utility Area. Ensuring continuous power, water, and air supply, timely preventive maintenance of LT panel, compressor, drier and generators.
