Key Responsibility Areas:-

Man power management & material management for department.

Looking shift independently & attending trouble shooting coming in shift.

Maintain good house keeping with work as a team sprit.

Looking about mould trial &make ops for smooth operation.

Make machine and jig check sheet for trouble record sheet to reduce break down time of jig and machine.

Proper co-ordination with Q.A. person for maintenance of quality system.

Responsible for Continuous Improvement programme for designing. Jig/Fixture for better working and POKE ?YOKE (Mistake proof) process.

Co-coordinating with ppc deptt. and checking the on time delivery to customer for plan vs. actual results. 

Looking after jig and fixtures for the moulded parts.

Looking after jig and fixtures for assembly operation with aim to reduce cycle time.

Development of quality inspection standards of plastic moulded products.

Development of efficient packing method/material for supply of components.

Cycle time analysis for productivity improvement.

Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports of production department

Acting as a team leader of Q.C. circle

Involved in Cycle Time Improvement Plan for other department.

Working as an internal auditor for ISO 9000 system maintenance. & Proper maintains all documents of production deptt.
