Working as Day coordinator process polymer.

Coordinating with team for improving plant process performance

Sound knowledge of compounding (Nylon6, Nylon66, POM, PP).

Working as team leader to improve reliability of Process.

Keeping process spare equipments ready.

Taking care of all day activities ?issuing work permits for vendors.

Good knowledge about Twin screw extruder, strand palletizer, Dry vacuum system. WRG cutter & finished products. Familiar with extruder barrel cleaning, screw removal & fitting.

Trouble shooting & preparing Investigation report & Root cause failure analysis (?5why? analysis). & Recurrence report.
