Job responsibilities:           

Preperation of Bill of materials based on sales plan received in time-to-time from marketing department 

Based on standard purchase delivery lead ?time, various plant capacity and priorities expected time of dispatch will be workedout and the same is communicated to marketing on the same day 

Calculate the cubic volume of the order and communicate to marketing  

If the delivery schedule  and volume is acceptable to the marketing order confirmation is received and order number is given. 

Communicate the Bill of materials to purchase indicating the order number. 

After receipt of the bill of materials, Plant wise production plan is given to shift supervisors. 

Monotoring the production progress on a daily basis. 

Verifying the final packing list for a particular order and send to marketing 

Expert in Production planning in polymer plant. 

Re scheduling the production programme with respect to change in marketing need. 

Excellent Team player.

Acting as a BRIDGE between Production, Purchase & sales.
