Company Profile: Leading conglomerates with spectrum of manufacturing, trading, distribution and financing  in sugar, alcohol, liquor, granite, cotton yarn. Company cogeneration power plant having two units, the total installed capacity of 36mw, In that 1*16.5MW of condensate type turbine and 1*20.3MW of back pressure type turbine.

JOB PROFILE:

Maintenance and operation of 66KV/11KV Switch Yard Equipments, supervised retrofitting of SF6 circuit breaker, vacuum circuit breaker, Capacitive Voltage transformer, Current Transformer, Isolators and Lightning arresters.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Power and converter Transformers (25 KVA, 20 KVA) and Electro Static Precipitator High Voltage Rectifier Transformers.

Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of battery systems, through   float cum boost charger, battery etc. 

Maintenance of pumps and Fans by using VFD Drives, Valves and dampers. This involves setting of limits and torque.

Operation and control of entire plant with distributed control system (HONEYWEL -DCS)
