Production Planning & Control:

Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of Production targets within the time and cost parameters.

Day to day planning of the man power as per the available resources.

Overseeing procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, overall equipment efficiency, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.



Erection & Commissioning:

Ensuring effective Extrusion machinery site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.

Troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job with minimum time lag.

Taking stringent quality measures including preparation /maintaining necessary 

Documents and to ensure compliance with standards.



Operations & Maintenance:

Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machines and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Execution cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measure and modification to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.



Quality Assurances:

Monitoring adherence to quality systems & comply with ISO along with maintaining the requisite documents as per the norms.
