3D Drawings of plastic & sheet metal Components & Assemblies.

Designing of Vacuum forming shell molds.

Design of new concept luggage (Droid) with three wheels. This involve the shell design and other components design from Concept sketches/Stylings input received from London Design office. Making of complete prototype for  this new concept for  presentation to Marketing.

To check & release 2D drawing for thermoforming molds & dies.

Reverse engineering of monoblock Dry Vane vacuum pump

Developed the 10 fold rotary vane vacuum pump  through reverse engineering.

Developed the SS fabricated pneumatically operated gate valve, Butterfly valve (For Vacuum application).

Developed the Diffusion high vacuum pump.
