Manufacturer of plastics injection automotive moulding component such as  Mirror Housing, Arm Rest, of Honda Siel, Tata, Nishan, Eicher, Mahindra, and Herohonda  using different type material i.e ABS, PC, NYLON, PP, PMMA, etc.

Job Responsibilities:     

Worked as a production to meet the target of best quality of daily production in our organization.

If any trouble shooting than solve that problem the time of processing at the shop floor.

Properly handle of injection machine from mould loading to ok product.

Planning from day to day activity & work allocation.

Immediate action to eradicate any processing problem.

Manpower utilization to achieve production target.

Following to achieve the six tools & 5?s rules.

Following to achieve ISO series, SQC & kaizen system.

Prevention of wastage at the time of colour change and avoids lumps.
