Job Responsibility:

Designing of running & new moulds spare parts & detailing.

Q.C & Inspection of running mould new spare parts.

Planning of mould up gradation & maintenance work.  

Cross checking of mold assembly & fitting work & Problem shootout.

Monitoring production on M/c.

Monitoring Tool room Machinery maintenance.

Maintain tool room store keeping.

Vender developing for new work.

Make Production & Planning report.

Also involving in production area in injection moulding unit.

Attend Regular Technical meeting with technical head & other concerned persons.



Summary:

Design of Injection moulds, Development & Modification of moulds to increase the rate of production as well as quality of the products.

Planning of the machinery requirement for new moulds from start to end. Up to the final trial of the mould and necessary action to be taken if required.
