Presented a paper entitled ?Computational Method of Characterizing Electro-Optic Properties of Liquid Crystal Polymers? in the National Symposium entitled ELASTOPLAZ ?08 at Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai & won second prize.

Won the consolation prize in the ?Young Researcher Award Contest? in the National Symposium entitled ?POLYMERS- PROSPECTS & CHALLENGES? at NIT Calicut.

Presented a paper entitled ?Computational Modeling of Liquid Crystal Polymers to Identify Bio-Chemical Properties? in the National Symposium entitled ?CHEMFERENCE 2008 at SRM University, Chennai.

Presented a paper on ?Mathematical Modeling of Gene Regulation- Positive and Negative Control? in GNSMMA ?08, Mathematical Conference at IIT, Chennai.

Received first prize for the co-curricular activities for the two consecutive years (2007-2009) from PLAST-AMRITA, the association of Polymer Engineers.
