Job Profile:

New color development trial by R&D.

In process testing of color as well as mechanical / thermal properties of      plastic compound,

In process Troubleshooting for color improvement. 

Dispersion level making by R &D.

Meeting with customer for approval of colors.

Standardization of colors of inprocess batches.

Making of color sheet of every batch, data collection and making the             correlation between lab results and production results.

Go to customer side for final approval of color.

New pigment testing as well as approving for plant (R/D).



Training Experience:

45 days Training of Color Matching in TOKYO INKI (Yoshinohara plant) in JAPAN.

3 days Training of Trouble Shooting of pigment  color matching in GSC (Grand Siam Composite) in THIALAND.
