Check the properties of on line & trail base material e.g. Specific gravity, Melt flow Index, Hardness, Ross flexing, Abrasion Resistance & Impact strength

Weight Control 

Monitor the course of action of Weight control, technique was based on X-R bar chart.

Quality Management

Leading the team of quality assurance trainees to ensure zero defects in production. Supervisory can be done through dimensionally measurement / visually. Analysis was based on Various Sampling Techniques like SRSWR / SRSWOR.  

Productivity improvement through Quick Mold change

Reduce the mold change over time through short group activities & absorbed the problems during mold change over and taken correct action to remove that problems.   

Audit Assistance

Have to assist auditing team to audit the productions unit of Hitech plast ltd.
