Work Experience Details: 
Presently working as Asst. : Extrusion Production.

at a leading supplier of PET preforms and crowns. The company has a three manufacturing division PET PREFORMS, crowns and ROPP caps. Produces PET PREFORMS for various companies such as Pepsi, RC Cola, Paras & M.C Dowell.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Overall responsible for the operational of PET PREFORMS plant.

? Production planning and control.

? Process monitoring and trouble shooting.

? To conduct trial for m/c , mould, material, color ink.

? To ensure day today smooth operational efficiency of the plant.

? Giving training to subordinates.

? Reporting to plant manager.

? Manpower handling.



Material Handling:

? ABS, PP, PP- Filled, HIPS, GPPS, HDPE, LDPE, PC, PET etc. 



Organization: Pioneer Polymer Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida (Feb. 2005 to Jan 2006). 

? M/s Pioneer Polymer (P) Ltd. Udyog Vihar, Greater Noida, A well established injection molding firm having 1st unit in Kirtinagar Delhi. 

? Greater Noida unit is working for the multinational company like L.G. Yamaha Auto Ltd., Panasonic, Bajaj Auto Ltd, etc. 

Job Responsibilities:

? Maintaining shop floor activities. 

? Achieving production target.

? Guide to operator for using their full efficiency towards production.

? Implementation of ?5S? on Production Area. 

? Maintaining daily production report.

? Man Power handling. 

? To solve customers complaints.

? Rectification of molding proper setting of parameter of machine.



Exposure to Machines:  

? Injection Molding M/cs. (Micro Processor) 

? FCS ? 100, 260, 600, 850, 1000, 1250, 1420 Tons.

? Krauss Maffei (300 ? 3500 cv).
