Responsible for Development of New product in Flush pigment as per International Market Requirement

Handling all Raw Material & Finished Product complaint

Responsible For evaluate and approve  new Raw material concern with Technical Director

Design and Development of Products(specially LOY, POY, FDY, Non Woven Fabric& Woven sack) as per customers Requirement

Communication with Technical directors and other department like Sale, Personal, Technical services for various activity.

Responsible for making fibre, Film and Moulding Grade Master Batches, Plant related products & Developments,colour matching of products as per customers requirements, Raw material testing and evalution,Trouble shooting of Customers Complaints,etc

Familiar with Quality measures and testing procedures of pigments(Organic& Inorganic). Resin, Polymers, Additives etc,.

Worked on spectrophotometer, Two Roll mill Testing, MFI Indexer, Teraohmeter.

Knowledge of preparing fiber database.
