Working Profile: 

Prepare detailed production schedules for the company standard and customer designed products: 

Draw up schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery dates according to sales forecast and customer order.

Analyze production specification and shop floor capacity data and performs mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing processes, tooling, machining, material and human resource requirements.

Plan sequence of manufacturing processes for guidance of production team.

Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Collect and prepare data for daily production reports and confers with department supervisor to determine status of assigned jobs.          

Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools and equipment.

Track progress and alert supervisor for expected delays in production schedule                                                               

Duties include distributing production, work and delivery schedules; preparing reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problem

Makes overall cost estimation including -raw materials, machine cost, manpower, maintenance charges, direct and indirect over heads etc.
