Job responsibilities

Production:

Planning & scheduling the production process activities.

Arranging manpower & raw material.

Co-ordinating with supportive departments like purchase, logistics, marketing departments with respect to customer requirements.

Co-ordinating with maintenance & stores departments for planned, predictive & breakdown maintenance & spare parts availability to reduce the m/cs breakdowns.

Preparing daily & monthly reports of m/c targets, downtime, wastages etc.

Preparing presentations & awareness training sessions conducting regarding production process & other internal systems ie, GMP, HACCP, OHS&S etc.

Conducting internal audits & evaluation of employees for the internal systems. 

Preparing & monitoring ISO documents & other internal systems like ISO, HACCP, OHS & S & G MP.

Maintenance

Planning & scheduling the maintenance activities for the production & utility machines .

Arranging manpower for weekly and monthly preventive predictive maintenance for all machines & trouble shooting.

Co-ordinating with purchase & stores departments for spare parts availability to reduce the m/cs breakdowns & downtime.

Preparing daily & monthly reports of m/c utilisation, downtimes, spare parts consumption etc.

Attending major breakdowns.

Attending hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical trouble shooting.

Preparing & monitoring the checklists of maintenance of all machineries.

Preparing & recording all maintenance related documents of I S O standards & other internal systems like GMP, OHSAS & HACCP

Attending management meetings.



Safety officer:
