To  lead  the  team  of  Associates  member  for  Quality , Cost & Delivery (QCD)

? Handling  of  Injection  moulding  M/Cs  ranges  from  35T to 1300T.

? Process  standardization,  Troubleshooting,  Process  Parameter  setting.

? Production  Planning  as  per  requirements.

? Trials  of  new  moulds.

? Execution  of  systems  like  KANBAN,  KAIZEN, SCADA, 5S etc  in  mould 

  shop.

? Monitoring  deliverables  like  Customer  returns,  Customer  complaints,  Lumps  

  generation,  Power  consumption,  Process  rejection,  Quality  Issues,  Mould    

  change time,  Hourly  output, Material  reconciliation  etc.
