The client list involves automobile giants like BajajAuto, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd, Maruti Udyog, Hero-Honda, Tata, etc 

Nature of Job 

Quality control of the finished products and testing of PVC raw materials.

Maintenance and calibration of measuring and test equipment.

Preparation/maintenance/upgrade of FMEA, control plan and Quality Plan.

Co-ordinate and follow-up on corrective, preventive and improvement actions, which are resulted from audit findings and customer complaints

Process Study and implementation of process improvement techniques.

Attend and handling Customer complaints.

Maintaining RoHS, REACH & International Material data system for all products.

Knowledge of ISO activities and Responsibility to assist management representative.

Experimented with various polymer modifiers, stabilizers, lubricants and processing aids to improve process ability for extruding flexible PVC and reduce coating defects resulting reduction in process downtime. 

Introduced and installed new analytical instruments used to study electrical and Ageing Properties.

Finalizing specifications, designing and testing activities with key focus on quality, cost and delivery.

Developing new PVC formulations as per customer?s requirement.

Nature of Job:-

Develop product to specific customer requirements from conception through to approval.

Production planning shift wise, man power planning, 

Reporting to manager daily basis, quality control in shift basis RM procurement.

RM material purchasing, inventory & stock control.

Inspect Incoming raw material, on line and final.

Test Electrical, mechanical, Thermal and FR properties of compound and finished cables.

Assist the seniors in development activities.

Responsible for documentation as per ISO.
