Company Profile: Manufacturing facility with PET processing machine, mold design & manufacture. Company has grown rapidly through its policy of developing new molding technologies for new applications and markets of blown plastic containers

Responsibilities: -

Whole assembly of injection stretch blow molding machines (ASB 50MB, ASB 70DPH/DPW, PF-series, PMI)

Mold  Testing as per customer requirement.

Machine Testing after complete assembly for smooth running & fine product.

Handling customer complaints, visit to customers to solve the machine related problems.

Dry run inspection of injection stretch blow molding machine.

Develop new techniques to solve assembly related problems (Defect analysis)

Analyze & solve internal customer complaints

Working as a CFT member.

Working as a member of development team (Japanese)

Weekly & monthly basis planning for new machines to be assemble & testing.  

Monthly basis effectiveness monitoring by preparing charts

Co-ordinate with the processing departments.

Active participation in implementing Kaizen & 5?S ?activity.
