Company Profile: Leading manufacture of PP woven sack, FIBC, jumbo bags, woven geotextile, groundcovers and multifilament threads.

Job Profile:

Year 2008 to 2009:-

Working on new product development like PPwoven sack, FIBC, Geotextile and Ground cover.

Developed different types of geotextile and groundcover for different application.  

Done all necessary parameter design Extrusion plant (Lohia), Warping plant (Hacoba) and Sulzer machine. 

I have good experience on PP extrusion plant and direct warping machine, 4 shuttle machine, 6 shuttle & 8 shuttle machine.

Developed a testing lab for Geotextile and Groundcover.

Knowledge of all the testing parameters (ASTM, ISO) and procedures:

Universal tensile testing machine

Water permeability testing

Dynamic puncture testing

Gyroscopic sieve shaker testing 

Denier testing Instrument

Year 2007 to 2008:-

Handled new machine commissioning and set up

Developed the old machine through new version according to production development.
