It exports all over Asia and also to European countries. It is equipped with advanced testing facilities to control hot runner temperature.

Responsibilities:

Assigned as an individual for the CAD/CAM dept and later built a 11Member team to improve the design & manufacturing efficiency with the following responsibilities.

Design of Hot runner system & its Mould base.

Detailing of the hot runner design for production & assembly departments.

Co-ordination with the servicing & maintenance departments.

Sectioning & detailing of the complete mould base (Assembled model) using Unigraphics NX3 & AutoCAD 2006.

Detailing of the mould 2d assemblies from the customers using AutoCAD 2006.

Detailing of mould base as required by the machine shop.

Process planning and Tool planning for CNC Machining centres.

Interaction with customers regarding design and other queries.

CNC setting in VMC and Turning Centre in process planning and tooling Speed and feed selection for different insert and tools. Inspection of finished parts. Prove out of New Components in VMC and Turning centre.Extraction of references and points for CNC programming using AutoCAD and Unigraphics.
