Responsibilities:- 

Creating standard database with necessary control files and manuals, Quality Plans and finalization of parameters for different product.

Preparation of PPAP, FMEA, APQP, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, MSA as per ISO /TS 16949 for Export supplies.

Responsibility of ISO 9001 : 2000 related work and regular auditing to be done through external audit. 

In order to improve the Quality of Products regular monthly meeting with Production Head and with top management. 

Working with different process used to manufacture Plastic Products like Blow Moulding, Rotomoulding, Extrusion, Compression Moulding, Pultrusion, Thermoforming, Resin Transfer Moulding, Injection Moulding, Reaction Injection Moulding, SMC compounding Machine in single organisation.

Pultrusion Moulding - Cable Trays, FRP Ladders, FRP Trench covers for Electrical Purposes
