Responsible of manpower and material handling.

Reconciled the Raw material consumption in monthly & Yearly Basis.

Maintained weekly & monthly schedule of production 

Supervised the operation of manufacturing process of blown film.

Initiate & co-ordinate inventory & cost control programs 

Prepare and maintain production reports & personal records.

Maintain the ISO, Safety & TPM Document.

Develop & implements production tracking and quality control systems. To detect production problems.

Streamlined planning process by consolidating various similar groups.

Monitored processes & procedures consistently maintained highest quality levels.

Co ?ordinate to other Dept such as Maintenance, Electrical, Purchase, Marketing & prepared manpower plans. Approved overtime & sign all GRNs
