Company Profile: Leading manufacturer of reisn use din Lighting, Stationery and novelties, Refrigerators and cosmetic packing

Responsibilities handled

Analysis of Raw materials likes ACN, Styrene Toluene, DMAC, TDDM, HCL, Sulfuric acid, EBS GMS and in process sample analysis.

Heavy cut column for distillation water analysis of ETP, Boiler and DM plant like pH, TH Cl. TDS, SS, COD and BOD.

Preparation and standardization of lab reagents.

Calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.

QA of raw material, inprocess and finished product;  

TO maintain records and good housekeeping.

Instrument Handled

pH meter, TDS meter, Analytical Balance, BOD Incubator, Hot Air Oven, Hydro Meter, Conductivity Meter, High Volume Sampler and all instruments of ETP Lab. 



In Plant Training

Three weeks in plant training at Supreme Industries (Nadesari). 

Three weeks in plant training at Agro Tech. Ind. (V. U. Nagar).
