KEY DELIVERABLES

Vendor Development:

Support exsisting vendor for any technical matter.

Verbal and written communication.

Corrective action plan taken and implementation over exsisting problem.

Suggest the proper way for making a tool or while process a part.

Visualized the vendor about our parts, assembly and its impotency.  

Visualized about customer requirement.

Review the vendor activity and documentation. (with the help of MOM) 

Target setting and result orientation.

Suggest the vendor about design & manufacturing the Tool/Fixture considering with Time & Cost.

Select new vendor on its capabilities, Tool Room orientation, Parts correction/modification or tool development 

Quotation, Machine arrangement etc.

Ensure the vendor about TS, TPM requirement.

Arrange training on various topics. (Such as Kizen, Poca-Okey, 5S, tool design & manufacturing, GD&T, FIFO etc)

Sudden visit and arrange Audit as per ISO.

Implement 5S/TPM / QMS / EMS /OHSAS concepts and monitor quality standards in the vendor end. 

Support to vendor for making gauges, measuring fixtures to minimize inspection time. 

Low cost automations and Material Handling systems and suggest further improvements in the same.

Suggest the vendor how to improve the quality and minimize the customer end and in-house rejection.

Co-ordinate first article and product qualification of new and modified products, i.e. trial build of product.
