Project involved:

Synthesis of Polyester based Polyurethane Acrylate Resin

Characterization of resin with FTIR, X-Ray etc.

Finding the optimum percentage of nanosilica for the best possible performance of the solvent free polyurethane nanocoating 

Coating cured with both EB and UV radiation and tested for metal and wood application.

Coating Tested for all performance properties like scratch harness.
