Job Profile:

Production Planning- 

Managing a 24/7 running Pilot plant, Extrusion and Injection molding process and leading a dedicated team of experienced operators.

Process control and troubleshooting of injection stretch blow molding (ISBM).

Provide technical support to manufacturing and Pilot Plant

Work towards achieving the timely research goals 

Conduct feasibility studies in ongoing projects.

Interacting with various departments to follow up for the Trails and testing

Procurement, storage and distribution of confidential specialty additives required for the process.

Lead the efforts across documentation of production activities.

Maintain the record of the process parameters for repeatability of the each process.



Characterization & Testing:

Characterization of the polymer alloys/blends to generate comparable data for evaluation

Incorporation Lab analysis data and prepare a comprehensive analysis report for each experiment according to their merits.

Differential Scanning calorimetry, Gas Chromatography, IV, MFR, MFI, carboxyl number.

Determination of Acetaldehyde content.

Determination of gas volume rate CO2/O2 by GMS

Determination of Elements present in polymer by spectrophotometer. 

Determination of crystallinity by density gradient column.

Developed High clarity Jarpet Resin.

Developed High heat resistance PET

Extrusion Blow molding grade in PET, equivalent to PETG in application.

Key member in development of PET/PTT alloyed engineering plastics grade

Development FR PET resin halogen free for fiber application.

Developing a resin for SACMI (Compression Stretch Blow Molding) for aerosol application.
