Development & testing of engineering plastics compounds to suit customer applications based on polymer like PP, PBT, PA, & PC etc.

Standardization of process condition for various engineering polymer compounds & masterbatches

Provide technical service to customers.

Operation of lab twin screw extruders.

Operation of loss-in-weight feeders used on lab extruder (Brabender).

Operation & maintenance of injection molding machine (L/T-Demag100T), Feeromattic Inj. Molding Machine (400 T). 

Operation of most of the equipments used for engineering plastic compounds & masterbatches.
