Responsibilities:

Manage the repair and maintenance of Color coating line, Hydraulic and pneumatic Systems, offline skin pass mill, profile, slitting and EOT cranes.

Implementation of maintenance tools(Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance)

Shut down lead shop floor Engg. right from planning to execution including material And man management.          

Resources management.

Planning and controlling of work.

Man management.

Stock and inventory of spares.

Plan to maintain dept. objectives.

Maintain documentation required for ISO and OHSAS.
