To handle the various types of Injection moulding machines like-

L&T (350, 400, 500T)

CINCINATTI (350) 

ENGEL (2000T)

HUSKY (2700T)

F.C.S (850T)

Verification about various molds such that HOT runner control, cold runner etc. SPECIAL TRAINING in QMC(quick mould change) system, automatic robotic ejection system, sequencial gate system.

Also participating in secondary process and assembly of different plastic parts of TATA INDICA, G.M, FIAT, MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA.

Solving the various problems arising in components, Responsible for maintain hygiene and healthy environment around the working area.

Material Processed:  LDPE, LLDPE, PP, RCPP, EPDM, ABS, TPE, PBT, PA-6,
