During product development discuss & clear all the technical issues with higher authority.

Making all the production friendly changes to meet the customer requirement.  

Work closely with the technical teams & ensure Customer satisfaction.

Daily check the status of machine tool room works & discuss with concern authority.     

From weekly planning of production & tool room

Mould change over handling

Handling all the junior staffs to their works

Supervising stable production & mould defects and provide proper suggestion.

Carrying inline inspection, mid & final inspection

Discuss with production, design, quality, and tool room & intimate/ instruct / discuss with them all the Major points those must be covered.

Strictly follow-up of system with proper formats.

Machine Knowledge

Good working knowledge of conventional& non-conventional machines like-Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Shaper, Planner, Grinding, Pantograph, polishing, EDM etc.

Description: We could just explain the fault that will be arises when the compression mould will be manufactured. There are different types of Compression moulds- landed-Positive type, Direct- Positive Types, Semi-Positive, and Open Flash Type. By the use of some applications we could remove the fault.
