Responsible of Pulverisor, Rotomoulding process.

Planning of month wise production & also responsible for achieving the targets.

Planning of production, raw material and manpower.

Responsible for Quality of product.

Conducting trials for reducing product cost.

Responsible for scrap percentage.

Giving daily, weekly & monthly report.

Take corrective & preventive action for reduce scrap, rework & improve quality. 

Responsible of workers safety.

Incoming Inspection - Inspection and recording of incoming product/ material quality.

Final / pre-dispatch inspection of product.

Preventives & corrective maintenance of rotational & pulverisor m/c.  

To check & decide rework / scrap / ok product in MRB.
